Citizens Request to Address the
Library Board Policy

Citizens who wish to address the Gwinnett County Public Library Board of Trustees may do so at a public session beginning 30 minutes before any scheduled Board meeting. Sign up is limited to ten (10). Sign up may be done by email, telephone, or at the door on the date of the board meeting if ten (10) individuals have not already been scheduled. The 30 minute session will be equally divided among the ten (10) speakers, with each individual limited to 3 minutes but no more than five minutes if less than ten (10) speakers are signed up.
