June 17, 2010 Planned Network Outage

Beginning at 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 17, the library's network will be brought down so that the switches can be repaired and updated. This outage is expected to last three hours. During this time the website will be available but access to the catalog, databases, downloadable content, web payment, etc., will be unavailable.

We apologize for the inconenience but appreciate your patience as we work to upgrade the network.

1:00 p.m. - All systems operational.

Yesterday (6/16/10) at around 1:15 p.m. the library's network went down due to a switch failure. The network was down until 9:00 p.m., at which time all services were restored.
