In honor of Black History Month, Mountain Park will have a special storytime with stories about African-American people who have made a difference in the world. This program will also kick-off a month long fact finding treasure hunt- complete with prizes!

Join this father-daughter duo and learn about financial literacy with your kids. While nationally known retirement consultant Danny Kofke, the author of: A Bright Financial Future - Teaching Kids About Money Pre-K through College for Life-Long Success presents a free workshop for parents, Danny’s daughter, nine-year-old Ava Kofke, the author of the book The Financial Angel: What All Kids Should Know About Money meets with elementary school students to teach them about saving, spending, giving, debit cards, and credit cards.
